The Diploma of Business Fast Track can get you guaranteed* entry into the second year of a Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Wollongong (UOW).

The course is designed for domestic students, studying in Australia.

In the Diploma of Business Fast Track you will address these fundamental questions and gain the skills to be better prepared to succeed at your UOW bachelor. You will explore various disciplines, including marketing, accounting, management and finance and graduate with a Higher Education Diploma to help get you into the workforce while completing your bachelor's degree.

UOW College is offering Commonwealth Supported Places for eligible students for this course. This means the Australian government will subsidise your tuition fees by up to 75%. To qualify for this fee subsidy, you must meet the criteria, i.e. be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a permanent Australian Humanitarian visa holder. *Guarantee is subject to meeting UOW entry requirements.

We offer three intakes a year, allowing you the flexibility to choose when you commence. The duration of this course is 7 months full-time, or part-time equivalent. See the course outline for more information.

Recent Secondary Education Admission Criteria These criteria may be used to gain admission to this course for students who are currently in year 12 or have recently completed their secondary education.

Recent secondary education students can gain admission to this course via non-ATAR or ATAR-based options.

NON-ATAR ADMISSION OPTIONS With these options students may be admitted on the basis of criteria other than ATAR.

Non-ATAR admissions at UOW take an individual approach to understanding potential for academic success. Each student is assessed based on key qualities across academic readiness, motivation & passion, planning & persistence, and communication & collaboration.

Students may be admitted to this course via Early Admission.

ATAR-BASED ADMISSION OPTIONS With these options, students may be admitted on the basis of ATAR or ATAR plus additional criteria (e.g. an audition or individual subject results).

Guaranteed entry selection ranks

The minimum score for guaranteed entry is an ATAR Selection Rank of 45.
