The School of Accounting & Finance is regarded as one of the top institutions in alternative research frameworks and the application of information technology to the learning and management of teaching in the disciplines of accounting and finance.
The programs are diverse, providing an opportunity to acquire an in-depth specialist knowledge in selected commercial, public sector and academic areas, including banking, finance, accounting and information systems.
Masters - Research degrees comprise 24 credit points of coursework and a 48 credit points' thesis. Academic Units may award advanced standing for the coursework component and will determine the appropriate entry point. See Domestic Entry.
The thesis is examined by two examiners with no more than one being internal.
Students may be required to attend lectures in relevant topics from time to time throughout the program.
