Course Description
|
|
Organisations around the world increasingly place a high priority on recruiting highly trained managers with a broad range of skills and knowledge. As a manager, you must be able to communicate successfully, plan strategically, think globally and, above all, lead effectively.
The leading-edge programs offered by the School of Management and Marketing are taught by staff with outstanding academic credentials who are authorities in their fields. Research students benefit from working closely with recognised experts. The School's small size and relaxed atmosphere enables students to interact easily with supervisors and other staff.
Masters - Research degrees comprise 24 credit points of coursework and a 48 credit points' thesis. Academic Units may award advanced standing for the coursework component and will determine the appropriate entry point. See "Entry Requirements".
The thesis is examined by two examiners with no more than one being internal.
Students may be required to attend lectures in relevant topics from time to time throughout the program.
